Curry and Carols at Old Crown Girton

We’re excited to bring a new twist on a cherished tradition at Old Crown Girton. The Christmas Dinner and Carols evenings with St. Andrews Church have been a big hit over a number of years and this year we’re putting on something different. Now, under new management, Old Crown will now proudly be serving Nepalese cuisine and we invite you to join us and St. Andrews for an evening of Curry and Carols on Monday,16th December from 7pm.

Whats planned for the evening….

The evening begins at 7pm, when you’ll arrive to the sound of Christmas music to welcome you. Grab a drink before we kick off with some festive carols. At around 7:30pm, our fantastic team will bring out a delicious starter. After a few more carols, it’s time for the main event—a buffet of authentic Nepalese dishes, including vegetarian options, along with rice and Naan Breads.

Once the mains are served and enjoyed, we’ll sing more carols, followed by dessert, coffee and of course, more singing throughout the evening!

Expect a relaxed, sociable evening with great food and festive cheer. What’s not to love?

What’s the cost?

The evening is £30 per person, covering a three-course meal (plus coffee). Drinks are not included, and a £10 deposit per person will be required to secure your booking.

To reserve your spot, just give us a call at 01223 277217 and mention you’d like to book for Curry and Carols on the 16th of December. Alternatively, you can also book through our website. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking.

Feel free to come solo, with a partner, or bring along a group—large or small! We’ll be happy to seat you with others if you’re coming alone.
