- It is the cooking of Nepal, and it is the main cuisine in our kitchen. On our menu that means Momo (Veg/Chicken) dumplings; Tadka Daal, the lentils of dal bhat (order rice separately); Chicken Rum Rum, chicken cooked with Himalayan herbs and Nepalese black pepper (timur); dishes cooked in our clay oven; and Khasi Ko Masu, slow cooked goat with a blend of Nepalese spices. - In many ways, yes. Nepalese and Indian cooking share many spices, and both have curries, so a lot of our menu will feel familiar if you enjoy Indian food. Nepalese cooking also reflects Himalayan and Tibetan influences and has ingredients of its own, such as timur (Nepalese black pepper) in our Chicken Rum Rum and jimbu in our Sherpali Chicken, and momo dumplings are a Nepalese favourite.

- Yes.
